Yes, it is a short radius and is only 1% this is normally just enough to cancel out the regen of creeps but, not damage.

Molten touch is 17 damage a sec I believe.

No, because they are both orb effects you can only have one on the same hero at a time.

Because venom grip has better poison. Caps do matter when removing spells.

No and if you try to remove venom while having the venom grip gloves it removes the venom in the gloves easy way to fix this is to just drop it and pick it back up. That's why -remove Venom might not work for first time if you had those gloves.
