All weapons change your attack type so i've listed each weapon under the appropriate type. Most weapons can be enchanced up to 10 times with weapon enchancement scrolls each time you enchance a weapon it of course gets better they weapons range from +0 to +10 heres a list of all the weapons at +0 and +10 if your clever i bet you can figure out what each enchancement does (everything is gained at even intervals)
